MyTrainer App – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MyTrainer. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MyTrainer mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. Disclaimer of Liability

The exercises, workout programs, AI-generated personalized nutrition plans, and live AI chat responses ("MyTrainer AI") provided by the App are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, fitness, or nutritional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App's creators, developers, and affiliates are not licensed physicians, trainers, or dietitians. Any suggestions provided through the App, including those generated via chat, should not be treated as professional advice.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with physical activity and dietary changes. The App’s creators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, health issues, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects resulting from reliance on content, plans, or chat-based advice provided by the App.

2. Exclusion of Warranties

The creators, developers, and affiliates of the App make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, effectiveness, or safety of the information provided by the App, whether through workout programs, meal plans, or chat responses. Because all content is either pre-programmed or AI-generated, it may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or hallucinations.

MyTrainer AI, the in-app chatbot, may provide answers based on the information you input, but these responses are automatically generated and may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You agree not to rely solely on the chatbot for decisions regarding your health, fitness, or diet, and to verify critical information independently with qualified professionals.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App’s creators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or reliance on the App’s features — including but not limited to workouts, nutrition plans, or AI chat responses. This includes personal injury, illness, food intolerances, mental distress, lost profits, or data loss. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount (if any) you paid for access to the App.

4. No Refunds Policy

All sales made through the App are final and non-refundable. Users understand that they are purchasing access to features such as AI-generated training and nutrition services, and that no specific result or level of accuracy is guaranteed.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for determining whether the App’s workout or dietary suggestions — including those from the MyTrainer AI chat — are appropriate for you. You must consult with a medical professional or certified practitioner before beginning any new exercise or diet plan, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, allergies, or are taking medication.

You must use the App with sound judgment and discretion, and immediately stop using any feature that causes discomfort or appears unsuitable to your condition.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App’s creators, developers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your reliance on the chatbot or other AI features, or your breach of these Terms.
